Seriously, the worst bank I ever used as a foreigner. 1. The app, notifications and customer support are very poorly localized in English.2. Most issues or services can only be done in person at a branch. So if you are overseas, you are stuck. Fintech much?3. Customer care gives out plain template responses. No matter how often do you repeat the email, asking for help and describing your issues. They are like robots. They won’t help you.4. They can’t provide adequate info on how much they will charge me (administrative fees).5. When I opened account, no one told me online purchases are available ONLY at 6 stores. So i left my money on account, went abroad and just got stuck.Worst experience EVER. Only stress.
