I initially requested a modest £200 refund to cover urgent issues, but they refused to assist at all. The vehicle should never have been sold in its condition; it was unsafe to drive and not roadworthy. It’s clear they do not take responsibility once they have your money. I’ve learned this trader has operated under different names before, which is concerning. I am currently pursuing this through the courts due to the extent of damage and risk involved. Please be extremely cautious and have any vehicle from this seller thoroughly inspected before considering a purchase, and even then, consider going elsewhere.
