AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. They are nothing but scam artists selling faulty vehicles and then leaving customers stranded. I endured a year and a half of issues, eventually taking them to court where I won, but it came at a significant cost in terms of time and stress. I must caution you to absolutely avoid purchasing a vehicle from this seller! They sold us a severely rusted car for our entire savings of £5k, with rot holes near critical areas that would fail an inspection instantly. Unfortunately, everything began to fail after just 14 days, and as a first-time buyer, I didn't realize I should have it inspected immediately. When I finally took it to a trustworthy mechanic, he deemed it a "dead duck" at the end of its life, barely worth £1500, and outlined all the ways we had been cheated by this service. The advertisement claimed all tyres were in good condition, yet one was not even road legal! Two others needed replacing shortly after. The battery was dead and leaking fluid only 15 days post-sale. There were numerous other issues, including severely corroded fuel lines, which they consistently ignored. After I first complained and rejected the vehicle, they stopped answering my calls; the only way I could reach them was through my partner, who is male. This all occurred within the first three months of ownership. When they finally took it back for "repairs," the quality was subpar, yet it somehow passed an inspection in the area. When I contacted the inspection center, they mentioned having "nothing but trouble with the service." That says it all! To add to the list of grievances, they incurred a speeding charge on my license because they failed to put on their trade plates, which my partner witnessed their driver removing upon arrival. They also returned it to a different location without my knowledge, adding another 100 miles to the car. They delayed court proceedings with tactics like claiming they hadn't received letters, even though my partner had photographic evidence. I had to attend court not once but twice to resolve this. They excel at deception, condescension, and manipulation. This is why you should NEVER trust a second-hand vehicle dealer due to experiences like mine. Caution to potential buyers. This dealership is extremely unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle in September and have faced ongoing issues from day one, including engine warning lights, limp mode, high fuel consumption, and suspected mapping faults. In a short ownership period, the dealer has had the car for over a month across four separate visits, and it has never been returned fully fixed. Communication has been poor throughout, with no repair paperwork provided. I traveled to the dealership multiple times, wasting both time and money, and continued to pay for insurance and financing while the car was off the road. On one occasion, the vehicle was returned with two under-inflated tires, which is unacceptable. When I purchased the vehicle, they had it for a week to fix an issue that was not resolved, and although they refunded me £250 for this, there was still no communication. The last time they had the car for 14 days, it was still faulty upon return. Overall, a very disappointing, costly, and stressful experience.
I bought a vehicle for £7300 with 130000 miles, and after driving it for less than a thousand miles, the injectors failed. The dealership refused to let me get it repaired at my local garage, and they retrieved the car, promising to fix it. After 92 calls and numerous lies from their representatives for over a month, they finally told me the car was ready. When I picked it up, the mileage had increased by over 400 miles and half a tank of fuel was used. The car had clearly been used personally, and the interior was covered in ash. This has been the worst experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. They avoid face-to-face interactions and are incredibly unprofessional. Be warned to stay away from this so-called dealership.
Avoid this dealership. A friend of mine purchased a vehicle here in September, and there were issues immediately. He has been going back and forth with them, but they have done nothing to fix the problems, wasting his time and money. He is now left with the fault! He even received a parking ticket for an offense while the car was in their possession, and they are ignoring him about it! This is unacceptable.

Please be extremely cautious and have any vehicle from this seller thoroughly inspected before considering a purchase, and even then, consider going elsewhere.
