I left my car with Mayfair Parking at Heathrow for 14 days while I travelled. When I returned and drove home, I noticed my car had been used over 25 extra miles added that I did not authorise and there was also a new scratch on the left side of my car.I called to complain and instead of taking my concern seriously, the staff member laughed at me and then ended the call. That level of customer service is shocking and completely unprofessional.I trusted this company with my vehicle and came back to damage and unexplained mileage, with no accountability. If you care about your car and expect honest service, I would strongly advise you to think twice before using this company.
