Inflexible, rude and extremely poor customer service. We got our bags slightly earlier than expected

Inflexible, rude and extremely poor customer service. We got our bags slightly earlier than expected and called 40 mins before our pick up time for the guy to then shout at us on the phone. We were told the car would be there at our booked time but ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes.

No acknowledgement or apology out of courtesy. Do not recommend and won't be using again.

Booked wrong terminal and charged £80 to change. Had to return early as my dad is seriously ill in hospital and rude person on phone told me an hour wait and charged extra £50. Disgusting service . Avoid.

I left my car with Mayfair Parking at…

I left my car with Mayfair Parking at Heathrow for 14 days while I travelled. When I returned and drove home, I noticed my car had been used over 25 extra miles added that I did not authorise and there was also a new scratch on the left side of my car.I called to complain and instead of taking my concern seriously, the staff member laughed at me and then ended the call. That level of customer service is shocking and completely unprofessional.I trusted this company with my vehicle and came back to damage and unexplained mileage, with no accountability. If you care about your car and expect honest service, I would strongly advise you to think twice before using this company.

You are told to call when you collect your suitcase, which I did, and I was told it would be an hour??? Plus, I had to pay an Extra £8 to enter the Car park and also £8 to leave it, so an extra £16 on top of the fee they charged! -

They have delivered my car back to me…

They have delivered my car back to me with a completely smashed windscreen then said it was already damaged so will not entertain my complaint. Do not use this company. My cat was not damaged & you can clearly see the impact mark from something being dropped on it

AVOID!!!

I was given an estimated time of 30 mins for our car to be brought to Heathrow which in fact took nearly an hour.Rang to check progress after 30 mins and was spoken to really rudely by a male who did not care less about us waiting longer than quoted and did not answer any of my questions and put the phone down on me.I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are unprofessional and genuinely do not care about the lies they tell. Taking your money is all they appear to care about and not offering the service they quote.They are on a price comparison site too and I will also be contacting them too to highlight how disgusting this company isAvoid at all costs.

Dont use them

Dont use them. Gave them notice when near the airport on departure, they took over half hour to collect car so we had a rush trip, we weren't able to go to the lounge and relax it made our trip stressful as we were anxious about the time. They kept saying he will be there as soon as possible which doesn't mean anything!!!

Why? Just… why?How can a company whose entire business is parking and returning cars operate like this?Our car was delivered back to us at Heathrow Terminal 5 with no number plates. Gone. Apparently stolen during a break-in at one of the third-party yards they use to store vehicles. Unbelievable.Even more shocking: the driver who returned the car didn’t notice. Or noticed and said nothing. Either way, the car was handed back to us in a condition that made it illegal to drive.From that moment on, everything went downhill.Communication? Essentially nonexistent. You get one generic response saying “someone will get back to you” — and then nothing. No follow-up. No explanation. No apology. No accountability.We are now almost £300 out of pocket just to deal with the consequences:£260 to tow the car home from T5£36 for replacement number platesThat doesn’t even begin to cover the stress, wasted time, and disruption.What’s most worrying is that this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Reading other reviews, similar stories keep coming up. The impression we are left with is a business that relies on being hard to reach and slow to respond once something goes wrong.Ironically, we had used this company several times before without issue — which makes this experience even more disappointing. But when something does go wrong, this is when a company shows its true colours.In our opinion, this is not a risk worth taking.Avoid. At all costs.

Avoid at all cost as scammers broke my window! They hide behind other company names (also look up HOLIDAYSPARKING LTD in company house but cant leave review as they the closed website even though the cpmpany is active. Mayfairparking is actually dissolved now on CH) to avoid accountability. I used them for Heahtrow parking in December. When I came back they kept me waiting for hours and lied that my car had flat battery (very easy to prove as they didnt need to jumpstart that I would have seen evidence of) and then said the rear window had broken when they put the heating on that day due to cold (It was +12C that day!!!!). They then kept on insisting this happened due to cold and sneakily hid the car in another floor and put the keys on the tire before telling me where it is after running away. They are a bunch of cowards who cant even face their customers when they have messed up!!! Small print said they are not responsible for the damage to the windows. Refused to give any email for official complaint. Replacing the wondow cost me £230! Absolute scammers. Avoid at all cost as your car will be at risk. I wish I had seen the previous reviews before booking.
