We picked my car up from Heathrow level 4 as arranged Thursday 27th November. I couldn’t believe as my car was returned with no number plates on front or back, the driver was unable to help as he said he works for lots of different companies and just told to drop off and pick up. We called the company who said they could have fallen off while being driven. I have reported to police and will have to replace the number plates.
