I booked meet-and-greet parking and the price shown did not include the compulsory Heathrow £7.50 Short Stay charges each way. These fees were only revealed after payment, which is misleading.When I returned, my car was delivered late, the interior settings had been changed, and a tyre pressure warning appeared shortly afterwards.The company refused to answer reasonable questions about where my car was stored or how it was handled. Their response to my complaint was hostile, dismissive and unprofessional. I would not use this service again.
