Do NOT BOOK THESE SCAMMERS AT ANY COST. I dropped off my car at Heathrow in perfect condition and handed it over to their pick up driver. When I landed, I was told to call when I have collected my luggage- despite doing so my car was dropped off almost 2-3 hours later, the scammers are unprofessional rude and do not know their job.Worse of all I was told to wait on level 4 but my car was dropped off to level 3, my keys were left on top of my driver wheel and the person who brought it back was nowhere to be seen, and the car entered the parking over 30minutes prior to them informing me- which resulted in me paying extra for the exit fee.As I got into my car, my electric side window on the driver side was broken and it was rotating to the opposite direction. I tried to call the company I was told to email them. I have since emailed them with evidence of my car pictures but they have not repaired or refunded me any fund. They are not trust worthy and would never ever recommend them.
