This company gives quite a relaxed category for your phone to be considered ‘Excellent’. Specifically they state up to 5 light scratches on the housing is acceptable. However, they then knock you down despite your phone falling within this category. My phone met all the criteria to be considered excellent at the agreed price of £185. They then knocked me down to £155 claiming more than 5 scratches on the housing and on review went up to £160. £25 knocked off despite me meeting the criteria - they clearly just knock you down for no reason other than to make more profit on the resale.
