Wish I could rate lower. I described my device as excellent, their top rating, when it was actually pristine. It had been protected since new. They offered £85, then claimed it was badly worn and offered £25. I took photos to support my description. They accused me of lying over the phone, stating I misrepresented it. I've requested its return, which I suspect they'll charge me for. Avoid them; I've contacted regulatory authorities.
