I received from Mazuma a quote of £270 for my iPhone 13 Pro which was in perfect working order. Sent the 4 year old phone, which was mint except for a couple of tiny marks on the edge of the frame, to Mazuma who reduced the offer to £105. They kindly increased this to £115 after a "review". I rejected their offer and they took over a week to send the phone back to me which I have now sold for £235 to one of their competitors and have received the funds today.I have used Mazuma many times in the past but not for a few years. I will never even consider using them again.
