First and last time using mazuma mobile. Sent my phone away, immaculate condition not a mark on it. I have around 20 photos I took of the phone before I sent it as proof. Was offered £200 online. I got an email to say my offer had been revised as my phone has "more than 5 scratches" I rejected this and then called straight away to ask for photos as proof as my phone has obviously been damaged in transit. I was told that I may have "missed the scratches" until I informed the person on the phone that I have multiple pictures of my phone from when I parcelled it up. I was then assured I would receive the photos from the "technician" that evening. Nothing came through, called them the next afternoon to be told the photos take 2 working days and so I would have to wait. I then received a "revised offer" email around 30mins later saying they have rechecked my phone and are happy to now offer £185. Mazuma Mobile advertise "Unlike many other recyclers, our prices are guaranteed rather than 'up to' prices. Provided your device is received as described, you'll receive the full value" This is a downright lie. It is a complete scam to get you to send a phone away then not want the hassle of having to have it returned to you so you accept a lesser offer. I had another phone and a tablet to sell which I will be taking elsewhere and will warn others not to use Mazuma.
