I had a deeply disappointing experience with MB Brent Park.I worked with two Mercedes dealerships during my car buying process, and Brent Park was by far the worst. There was zero willingness to negotiate, and I was told an additional £599 “admin fee” would be added to the price, something the second dealer did not charge or even mention. In fact, the other dealer proactively offered added value without me even asking. The contrast between the two was night and day.I had an issue that required escalation. I spoke to a salesperson twice and requested a call back both times, but nobody ever returned my calls. Only on my third attempt, when I called again myself did I finally reach someone. The salesperson I dealt with was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in resolving my concern. When I eventually spoke to a manager, he immediately blamed the finance company and even shared internal issues that should never be discussed with a customer. It was unprofessional from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Brent Park MB.
