I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I have received with MB Brent Park. I have never received worser service than this. I was refused to be refunded a full amount of £1700 for the Warranty Cover which I changed my mind on as per the Terms and Conditions "30 days money back, no questions asked". Please be aware, any money given to MB Brent Park will never come back. Even if you are entitled. I was told we are charging you a £499 cancellation fee because you wasted our time even though it clearly states I am full entitled to a full refund if I don't want the warranty cover any longer. Also I was promised a 3 months Warranty on the Audi S5's Engine and Gearbox. I was not even given that.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding — Haydar was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.They made everything feel easy and stress-free, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured at any point.
