Avoid at all cost Purchased a Mercedes GLE premium + for £41000 sold as 48,879 on clock. Later discovered this is not correct 2 hours after purchase the engine light came on and power reduced on the motorway on our way back to Manchester from there Wembley dealership. Couldn’t get through to them the next day so had our own diagnostic report commissioned and paid for. It has 3 pages of red warnings !!!! My mechanic was shocked that this car had been sold in such a bad condition and with incorrect mileage . Service miles & Car mileage shown do not add up ! Finally, I got through to them day after purchase, they told me, despite being under warranty and having a 14 day full refund policy they told me I had to return the vehicle to their Wembley offices from Manchester at my expense, they would then re value the car and give me what they thought it was worth .. I recorded all these calls. They were aware the car was not drivable as the engine light was on, it had oil pouring from it and the there was no power. They simply did not care ! ❌They failed to reveal they had the car in there garage trying to stop an oil leak whilst I was in there offices for 5 hours waiting for the car to be “prepared “ video evidence can be provided ❌I eventually got my car finance company to transport the car back to the dealer last Thursday. This car was Purchased on 06/08/24. ❌As of today 31/08/24 I’m still awaiting my refund !I have reviewed there website yesterday and unbelievably they are advertising the same car ( my car) on there web after I returned it yet have not refunded me! Technically myself and the finance company own this car ! Do not purchase there is outstanding finance to be paid and a whole lot of problems with the car! ❌GLE Premium Plus 7seater Grey Reg DK20VZUThe mileage on the service reports does not add up and they will tell you one of the service mileages was logged in kilometres instead of miles It still doesn’t add up ! Main key was never received but my own diagnostic reports show problems with this, oil pouring out of engine, no engine cover and 3 more pages of problems DVLA, Trading standards, FSA, Motor ombudsman and @Carguru all now involved. This is not there vehicle to sellNext step small claims
