On December 23, 2025, I shipped a rare and valuable gaming card, paying about 80 euros for insurance to have it delivered from Italy to a designated point in France, where I believed the recipient could collect it safely. In the following days, the tracking showed the item reaching its destination before it started bouncing between different points and was inexplicably redirected back to Italy. The major issue is the complete lack of support during this time. Both the recipient and I could only observe the unusual tracking updates without any means to contact the carrier for assistance. As of January 1st, we are still waiting for any communication regarding the situation. On January 2nd, I learned that the shipment is returning because the delivery point was closed, and we now face extra charges for the return and possibly for reshipping, seemingly due to the service's lack of assistance in coordinating with the carrier.
