On December 23, 2025, I sent a rare and valuable gaming card and paid about 80 euros for insurance for delivery from Italy to a designated location in France, where I thought the recipient could safely pick it up. In the following days, the tracking showed the item reaching its destination before it bounced between various points and was inexplicably redirected back to Italy. The main issue is the complete lack of support during this time. Both the recipient and I could only observe the unusual tracking updates without any way to contact the carrier for help or provide instructions. As of January 1st, we are still waiting for any communication regarding the situation. I will continue to update as it develops. On January 2nd, I learned that the shipment is returning due to the delivery point being closed, and we now face additional charges for the return and possibly for reshipping, seemingly due to the lack of assistance from the service in coordinating with the carrier.

I am grateful for the packages...they arrived in excellent condition and very quickly from Italy to the UK. Good service! This was my first experience with them, and I am quite pleased. Very professional and efficient service. Highly recommend!
A complete disaster. This so-called “courier service” embodies everything undesirable: repeated broken agreements, nonexistent communication (no response via email or messaging), and my package sat uselessly at their branch for weeks. The attitude of the representative was appalling. They smiled while assuring me everything would be fine, yet it felt like they were mocking me behind my back, knowing I had no options. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Extremely unreliable and a service to avoid at all costs. Engaging with them is asking for trouble.⚠️ Note: This review pertains only to the branch in a specific location; another branch deserves a 5-star review.
Steer clear of this service – negligence, no refunds, parcel destroyed. My mother, a long-time customer, sent me a parcel that included food and cheese. We were not warned about new regulations banning dairy in private shipments to the UK. The parcel was blocked and returned to Italy. I immediately requested the removal of the cheese and a reshipment or return. After over 100 emails in 4 months, I received no help—just excuses. Eventually, UPS attempted to redeliver the same blocked parcel, which was declared abandoned and destroyed. They promised a refund weeks ago, but I've been ignored since. No accountability, no clear communication, and still no refund. I've reported this to consumer authorities. If you value your time, money, or belongings, avoid this service.
Complete scammers! They were supposed to deliver two paintings to a gallery for €200. The day before collection, the price increased to €300, and after arriving in Italy, it rose to €650 more. The paintings are now held in their depot, and they refuse to release them unless I pay €650. The total cost has now reached €950. There is no contact, no one to speak to, and no one answers calls. The police will now be involved.
A total mess of a service. We paid for parcel delivery from a location on December 10, expected to arrive by December 18. It’s now the 23rd, and I have no idea where the parcel is. I have called multiple times with no answer. All I have is a receipt for €55. If anyone from this ineffective service actually cares about customer service, please respond and help locate the parcel. I have a shipping document with a barcode and reference number. Maybe someone can work some magic for a Christmas delivery. I look forward to a response. Thank you.
I left my wallet in a taxi in Rome, which the driver returned to the hotel. They connected me with the service, and within hours, a representative sorted everything out. This was on Monday morning, and by Tuesday, it arrived safely in Portugal. Absolutely fantastic service - thank you!
