Steer clear of this service – negligence, no refunds, parcel destroyed. My mother, a long-time customer, sent me a parcel that included food and cheese. We were not warned about new regulations banning dairy in private shipments to the UK. The parcel was blocked and returned to Italy. I immediately requested the removal of the cheese and a reshipment or return. After over 100 emails in 4 months, I received no help—just excuses. Eventually, UPS attempted to redeliver the same blocked parcel, which was declared abandoned and destroyed. They promised a refund weeks ago, but I've been ignored since. No accountability, no clear communication, and still no refund. I've reported this to consumer authorities. If you value your time, money, or belongings, avoid this service.
