I received my device and credits excitedly, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment. There are only about 10 features I can modify, and many of them are trivial. There are no service features that I expected, and overall, this was a waste of money. After additional fees, I spent around $200 on something I find quite useless. I feel misled by a fancy website that promises much but delivers little.
