I purchased the ultimate package and waited three weeks for delivery, which made me a bit impatient. However, when the package finally arrived, I found only the OBD device and a car air freshener, with the promised 150 credits missing. I reached out via email and the website to resolve the issue, but received no response. Customer support is lacking, and it seems you may only get a reply after several days or even weeks. The product itself is decent, but I can't justify spending another £100-150 to activate additional features.

I asked a question about free shipping, which at checkout appeared not to be free. I received a response stating that shipping is free for orders over a certain amount. I immediately sent a screenshot showing my order qualified, but since then, I have heard nothing back. I cannot recommend this service as you won’t get help when you need it!
I received my device and credits excitedly, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment. There are only about 10 features I can modify, and many of them are trivial. There are no service features that I expected, and overall, this was a waste of money. After additional fees, I spent around $200 on something I find quite useless. I feel misled by a fancy website that promises much but delivers little.
The app works well for scanning and clearing error codes. However, it would be beneficial to know the availability of features for your specific car before making changes. I tried altering some graphics, and while my credits were returned without issue, it would help to have clearer information.
This device only works with newer car models. If your vehicle is from before 2020, I recommend saving your money. I bought it for a 2018 model to enable certain features, but it didn’t work, despite being listed as compatible. Customer support was vague and unhelpful.
