MBPartsGiant has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My experience with this company felt like I stepped into something really, really nasty. I'm so disgusted I did that... I first paid for the order, just like I do with other stores, with an international Visa card. They were so upset that they declined the payment. Then I paid with a WFargo card. They refused again because they wanted PayPal. They only accepted the payment on the third try. Then they demanded a non-refundable payment, which I agreed to. They promised to ship the order within 1-4 days, but it's been pending for 9 days now. I've sent four emails since day five asking about the status. I've received automated replies telling me to wait 24 hours, but I haven't received a response. I've spoken to four operators, and no one says anything except "wait!"I should add that today is the 11th day since I contacted this seller. Another eBay order arrived five days ago. Both orders were placed within the same hour and from the same location. Yesterday, I called the MBPartsGiant operator again, who told me the order was scheduled to ship in two days. So, they're shipping the order when it should have already been delivered. I wasted a lot of time calling, waiting for operators, and emailing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting MBPartsGiant because they lie about delivery times, are capricious with payment options, ignore customer inquiries by email, and can't provide reliable information over the phone, even after a long wait for an operator. This is my experience with this company. Protect yourself from the same nasty service.
