Door glass for a 2018 C43 was ordered. I assumed because the company is based in California, that is where my part would ship from. I did not want to order from east of the rockies, due to shipping and time.

That was a huge mistake. My window didn't even ship for over a week. I ordered on the 9th of February. It shipped from a Chevrolet dealership in Springfield MO on the 17th. I had to pay $158 in "priority shipping" charges on the 26th, the day it arrived to my local post office. I had no choice in the matter. It was either that or order another window and deal with MORE delays. I couldn't drive the car in sub freezing weather with no glass.

Initially, I was not charged more than a few dollars for shipping. I didn't think anything of it. Until it was delayed, and delayed and delayed again. USPS was processing it very slowly despite it having a "priority" label, because NO SHIPPING CHARGES HAD BEEN PAID WHATSOEVER.

I had to fork over $158 to receive the glass i had already paid for and paid shipping on once.

"MBPartsGiant" doesn't seem to hold any inventory. I'm not sure what they're doing, but they're not actually shipping parts. They're having 3rd parties ship parts. However, this is the site i ordered from. THEY ALONE Are responsible for ensuring appropriate postage is being affixed/remitted as well as a timely handling window. A week to ship is unacceptable.

Furthermore, when i tried to use their online chat to ask "Why hasn't my part shipped" They outright CANCELLED it and said in a chat window "Sorry, looks like your part is lost so we've issued an RMA" to which i objected, said no no no i do not want an RMA i've been waiting for a week for my window, i need the part.

No response.

I had to call them. Somebody on the phone cancelled the RMA and said "You received an email stating your part will ship on the 16th"
No. I did not receive any such email. I've searched my gmail numerous times.
Also, the 16th was a holiday. USPS was not going to pick up a package on President's Day.

Just don't deal with this company. It's not worth the frustration, lies, delays and extra money it cost me. I could have gone to the local dealer and had the part in 2-3 days from California, but noooo...i thought i could save a few bucks "doing it myself" online.

Never again. What a hassle.

One last thing - it's a wonder the glass made it. Kudos to USPS because there were holes in the box from where the driver side window glass had punched through during shipping. It was just a loose piece of glass in a box with a small piece of foam on either side, all floppy in the box. This was not "packed" at all. It was shipped in the same box that they would have on the shelf at the warehouse/dealer. AND, the box was already opened. USPS had tape all over it showing "received in damaged condition". MBPartsGiant simply does not care - at all.

Purchased a rear hatch seal for my 2014…

Purchased a rear hatch seal for my 2014 gl 350. It was supposed to be a Mercedes Benz part but it was too small. After checking the product carefully i realized it didn’t even have the part number printed on the product itself, (as in any mb parts). It was only printed on a tag that was in the bag. When i asked for an exchange or refund I was denied. So I do not recommend anyone buying anything from them.

Do not use...Try to force customers to use PayPal...

ordered and was charged for Tire Pressure Monitoring sensors for my E300. After my credit card was charged (pending) successfully, I received some BS email that my credit card issuer didn't support Name/Address verification and that I would have to use PayPal. Then why did my issuer (Apple card from Goldman Sachs) approve the $438 purchase!? These guys are scammers and deserve to be shutdown or minimally warn any future customers to avoid them like the plague. It is a violation of merchant rules to deny Mastercard card acceptance and force customers to go through a 3rd party like PayPal who does not respect personal data privacy and pays merchants full funds before shipping. This allows the company to sit on the cash before filling orders that could take weeks to ship. Also may be allowing MBParts to take our cash and then go buy from some provider rather than having inventory in stock. I let them cancel my order...good riddance!

MBPartsGiant has the worst customer…

MBPartsGiant has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My experience with this company felt like I stepped into something really, really nasty. I'm so disgusted I did that... I first paid for the order, just like I do with other stores, with an international Visa card. They were so upset that they declined the payment. Then I paid with a WFargo card. They refused again because they wanted PayPal. They only accepted the payment on the third try. Then they demanded a non-refundable payment, which I agreed to. They promised to ship the order within 1-4 days, but it's been pending for 9 days now. I've sent four emails since day five asking about the status. I've received automated replies telling me to wait 24 hours, but I haven't received a response. I've spoken to four operators, and no one says anything except "wait!"I should add that today is the 11th day since I contacted this seller. Another eBay order arrived five days ago. Both orders were placed within the same hour and from the same location. Yesterday, I called the MBPartsGiant operator again, who told me the order was scheduled to ship in two days. So, they're shipping the order when it should have already been delivered. I wasted a lot of time calling, waiting for operators, and emailing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting MBPartsGiant because they lie about delivery times, are capricious with payment options, ignore customer inquiries by email, and can't provide reliable information over the phone, even after a long wait for an operator. This is my experience with this company. Protect yourself from the same nasty service.

If I could give a 0 star i would

If I could give a 0 star i would! This company probably has the worst customer service i've experience in over 10 years. I ordered a part 2 parts, 1 of that parts sent to me was incorrect. I submitted a RMA to have the correct part reshipped. They took almost 2 weeks to respond with a return label which at that point i didn't need the parts anymore due to sourcing elsewhere to get my car out of the shop. I requested a refund and they refused. Yet they still want me to wait an extra week for them to receive the incorrect part they sent me, then another 2-3 weeks for the correct part to get to me. The worst company ever! Stay away, research reddit, they have a habit of sending the wrong parts or damaged parts and treat you as if its your fault while not giving a solution.

Thanks to other reviews here, I feel like I avoided a mess.

Their website is pretty helpful as far as finding the parts you want. I started a Live chat to get some clarification on a part. The chat directed me to call. I called. My call was never answered. I placed an order. Paypal sent me a confirmation; MB Parts Giant said payment was declined. I looked up reviews on this company. Reading other sketchy interactions, I called PayPal and asked them to cancel this transaction.
