If I could give a 0 star i would! This company probably has the worst customer service i've experience in over 10 years. I ordered a part 2 parts, 1 of that parts sent to me was incorrect. I submitted a RMA to have the correct part reshipped. They took almost 2 weeks to respond with a return label which at that point i didn't need the parts anymore due to sourcing elsewhere to get my car out of the shop. I requested a refund and they refused. Yet they still want me to wait an extra week for them to receive the incorrect part they sent me, then another 2-3 weeks for the correct part to get to me. The worst company ever! Stay away, research reddit, they have a habit of sending the wrong parts or damaged parts and treat you as if its your fault while not giving a solution.
