Stay away. Terrible customer service and unfair policies around shipping damage. My first door arrived damaged, so I refused delivery and it was returned. Instead of offering a replacement, they issued a refund—then raised the price nearly $200 when I tried to reorder. When I called, they told me I should have accepted the damaged door and requested an RMA.I followed their advice the second time, but that door also arrived damaged. Despite reporting it immediately, my RMA was denied because I signed for the delivery. Now I’m stuck paying to repair a brand-new door. Completely unacceptable.
