I was a MB dealer for 28 years. I cannot believe how low the mark has fallen in insuring QC and CS by its vendors / dealers. I ordered a simple none special order 60$ part and even got emails confirming the part order, shipping and delivery. Instead of the part actually arriving I received an envelope (with tracking) with 2 washers in it. I have spent a week trying to get this resolved and still no emails, no return calls, no resolution. . . just hoops to jump through. Site reflects CA but wrong parts shipped from FL. I can’t believe it. 60 bucks and they’ve avoided CS like no other I’ve EVER experienced. Forced me to charge back the purchase.
