A mostly positive experience (4/5 stars). After the practice moved from Simple Practice to My Best Practice over a year ago, it was a bit of a learning curve. Now that I have familiarity with it, it's pretty easy to use. However, I wish it was a little easier scheduling Neuropsych appointments since we use different codes for the interview, testing days, writing days, and the feedback session. I also wish the system moved between screens a little faster but that has improved since we started using it.
