Company is a scam!! Lack of staff and support! – Purchased the Apollo 72k BTU/ 6 ton system with the Heat Pump Station the MB Tek in 2023. Suppose to have a 5 year warranty. Spent $9000 and it has been nothing but plague with problems. In 1 year, it lost all its refrigerant and cost over $1000 to repair due to a bad crimp in the refrigerant line. Going on year 3 and the circulation pump in the pump station has failed. MB Tek says it is not warrantied. What happened to the 5 year warranty? Support is spotty with lack of return calls and availability for parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
