Mbtek having the best on the market heat pumps so far. Compare the level of technology and price I will say it is a best so far. I had multiple purchases from them and it help me to reduce energy cost.
Lack of support and blatant lies about the boilers they sell. I purchase an Eko Duo 55 three years ago and it has been nothing but a headache. After the first year of constant issues, I installed a woodstove in my house for backup heat. Thank God that I did!The Eko Duo is marketed as able to burn coal, pellets and biomass. After fighting with it for the first year with burning pellets, Jesus in support told me it wasn’t built for that and to use coal. (The auger kept jamming and I replaced numerous sheet pins)So I tried coal, and wouldn’t you know it - more problems. The boiler would go out after 2 hrs and support only read from their script and could not help me. I have not been able to use it at all this winter.I have also had random issues with the control unit and sensors. The solution from MbTek support is always to recommend a replacement part. Too bad they don’t stock the parts in the US so it takes 3 weeks to get them - even in the heating season.MBTek support is either hot or cold - responsive or they ghost you. I actually got a supervisor the last time after I put out a negative review, but then they ghosted me again. And I was trying to be nice.Lastly, they have controlled the marketing and social media so you are hard pressed to find negative info on them.Stay away from- don’t fall for the low prices.

They don’t exist—they’ve been "in progress" for years while customers wait indefinitely.The Lie: "Items are in stock."The Truth: Everything is backordered or seized by Shopify due to massive chargebacks.The Fraud: Fake reviews are manufactured to bait new victims.It’s not just customers getting robbed; it’s the staff. Salaries were slashed from $800 to $300 overnight—less than $2 a day. Company is a scam!! Lack of staff and support! – Purchased the Apollo 72k BTU/ 6 ton system with the Heat Pump Station the MB Tek in 2023. Suppose to have a 5 year warranty. Spent $9000 and it has been nothing but plague with problems. In 1 year, it lost all its refrigerant and cost over $1000 to repair due to a bad crimp in the refrigerant line. Going on year 3 and the circulation pump in the pump station has failed. MB Tek says it is not warrantied. What happened to the 5 year warranty? Support is spotty with lack of return calls and availability for parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
