We have lived at Clover Leaf Court in Alton for three years and really wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. As we are a small unit of only 29 apartments, it really has a family feeling and a great community spirit. Much of the satisfaction with life here is due to our manager Jo, who constantly goes the extra mile to make our lives here happy. She arranges lunches, parties,dinners and outings, and is always on hand to sort out the difficulties we aged people have with phones, TVs and other technical gadgets! She is unfailingly patient and kind and we know we can approach her with any problem, large or small.
The only reason I have submitted four stars instead of five is the long delay we have experienced in providing us with new furniture and carpets which has been in the pipeline for several years. It took an official complaint from us all to galvanise management into action.
