when I first moved into the complex a few years ago, everything was great. It was a well-managed place with friendly staff and neighbors. However, due to the disruptive behavior of one resident, the atmosphere has changed drastically. No one wants to come out of their apartments in the evenings. As soon as the property manager leaves at 3:30, everyone stays inside and locks their doors. The lounge, which used to be lively in the evenings, is now deserted. The management claims they cannot assist, leaving residents to either endure the situation or live in fear.
