My experience with this service has been very disappointing. The staff were rude and interrupted me while I was ordering. I often have to repeat myself, yet 90% of my orders end up wrong, and I'm blamed for the mistakes. On one visit, four out of seven orders were incorrect, and the staff were unhelpful. What happened to valuing customers? Also, the new commercials for a small coffee priced at $1.00 are misleading; the size is more like a medium.
