I ordered a filet o fish sandwich, but the fish was overcooked. It was dry and lacked any substance. I ended up discarding the sandwich. I'm uncertain if there have been changes to the cooking process, but it definitely needs to be reviewed.
The staff are quite rude. I didn't realize that arriving first at the double drive-through meant I had to wait while the next car was served first. When I mentioned this to the staff, they acted as if it was standard procedure and responded with eye rolls. One staff member was particularly discourteous, and another even threw drinks at me. This location is the worst I've encountered.

My experience with this service has been very disappointing. The staff were rude and interrupted me while I was ordering. I often have to repeat myself, yet 90% of my orders end up wrong, and I'm blamed for the mistakes. On one visit, four out of seven orders were incorrect, and the staff were unhelpful. What happened to valuing customers? Also, the new commercials for a small coffee priced at $1.00 are misleading; the size is more like a medium.

Every time I visit, the orders are incorrect. The staff seem untrained when taking orders, and when I ordered coffee at the drive-thru, they told me to return in an hour. Business here is poorly managed, and if I could rate it lower than one star, I would. I'm done with this location.
