I would give a negative rating if possible. I placed an order through a popular app, and despite living just two minutes from my nearest location, my food came from one that was 30 minutes away. I ordered a quarter pounder meal, but the burger was frozen, the fries seemed just taken out of the freezer, and I didn't even receive the cheese bites I paid for. In the end, I spent nearly £17 for a medium vanilla milkshake. The customer service is non-existent! I just want a full refund, but no one seems to be able to assist me. Now, I have no choice but to escalate this issue. I will never order from this place again and plan to report this to my local council, as this poses a serious health and safety concern.
