Review Time
McDonald's have introduced a time limit at some of their "restaurants" this means if you are parked for more than an hour you will get a parking ticket from a private company (apparently DVLA are exempt from GDPR regulations). There is 1 sign high up on a post at the entrance to the car park (we went back and checked) and absolutely no notification in the "restaurant" or on the ordering screen. So apart from having to spend 10 mins finding a parking space, waiting ages to receive our order then another wait because the order was wrong & receiving parking fine through the post it went well. Do McDonald's care - no we got a generated email saying nothing other than tough. We won't be using their services again but that's not a problem for them.
This company sucks. I was the only customer there at the time and I was in a rush. I ordered 1 milkshake to go and they took 30 minutes. What’s the point of getting fast food when it takes half an hour and the milkshake was cold. I mean wtf I barely want to give it one star but I can’t give it less so yeah. I was disappointed. Not recommended.
The Bredbury site in Stockport gets my order wrong 50% of the time. They take the order correctly and take the money but at the pass they miss items. It's beyond a joke. I never check and always find out when I get home.
Ordered £45 of food to get one of the Friends collectables had the food arive by Dileveroo Carlisle restaurant. guess what no colectable and missing fries. So disappointed. This aint the first time items are missing wont be ordering again.
Cottonwood McDonalds sort yourself out and staff!!! Got our order completely wrong ordered Big Mac friends collectable received Big Mac no chips got salad instead and wrong drinks and no friends collectable!! SORT YOURSELF OUT!

Big Mac is a joke. Beef patties have got so small and seem to be thinner than the slices of pickles. Never enough of the Big Mac sauce either.
Fries go cold super fast and as soon as they do you might as as well bin them.
Two of the best big mac's I have ever had are:
1. Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam
2. Maui, Hawaii.
Not sure what they do differently but damn do I crave them.
Also, compare any advertisement picture of a Big Mac to what you receive fresh out the box.... it's just insulting.
I experienced a delivery issue that lasted over 2 hours. However, the staff at the local establishment were outstanding; they were helpful, professional, and courteous. They resolved the problem, leaving me a satisfied customer.
They've completely changed their top burger, the "BIG TASTY", which is no longer "BIG" as it has been shrunk to either a Quarter Pounder or Double Quarter Pounder. It feels like every new burger they introduce is just like the others! On top of that, they've raised prices and taken the TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER off the menu for no good reason, especially since it was clearly a better value than a "Big Mac", which is just a double cheeseburger with an extra piece of bread.
The service here is quite chaotic. There are often loud teenagers in the restrooms and even standing on tables. While the food is decent, my orders have been messed up so frequently that it feels like dealing with a dishonest partner. The service is careless, and the tables are often dirty.
I would give a negative rating if possible. I placed an order through a popular app, and despite living just two minutes from my nearest location, my food came from one that was 30 minutes away. I ordered a quarter pounder meal, but the burger was frozen, the fries seemed just taken out of the freezer, and I didn't even receive the cheese bites I paid for. In the end, I spent nearly £17 for a medium vanilla milkshake. The customer service is non-existent! I just want a full refund, but no one seems to be able to assist me. Now, I have no choice but to escalate this issue. I will never order from this place again and plan to report this to my local council, as this poses a serious health and safety concern.
