On feb 16 i placed an order st 5.15 for our dinner.we waited and waited still not arrived and is now 6.45,i get on the chat and said this is getting to late my young one goes bed at 7 shall i just go on and cook.the lady told me they were collecting my order now so should be with me shortley ,then just after 7 they cancled my order,money was pending to come out my bank was expecting it to just drop off but it didnt it debited my account ive tried the chat app i rang the store who put me on to a number twice they said thry will process a refund still no refund and then im told its mcdonalds that has to refund not the delivery of mcdonnalds.ive tried telephone chat and tried different emails which cant be right as it says faliure notice.please can anyone help how i can talk to a real person to get my 37 pound back
Never going go use the delivery service again to be honest even when use the drive through something os wrong or missing
