I would never order a delivery through the app again. I have done it twice with 100% fail rate from McDonald leaving out high value items. The customer support is non existent when this happens and after 20 hours of fighting with a chat page bouncing back and fourth I didn’t get a full refund for the £12.99 meal and received only £4.81.
