Completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour and a half for breakfast. When I contacted the driver, he claimed he didn’t have my order number. After a long wait, my order was cancelled. Customer service assured me I’d receive a full refund, yet it's been two weeks and I still haven't seen it. £41 lost. I not only missed my meal, but also my money. Attempts to follow up with customer service have led to frustrating interactions with a bot. The service is appalling and getting assistance is a nightmare.
