Ineffective and Frustrating

Order Issues with the App

The app functions as a third-party service. If there’s an error, whether on my part or the app’s, there’s no way to rectify it. Once an order is placed, it’s impossible to cancel, and customer support is nonexistent.

Order Cancelled Without Refund

Completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour and a half for breakfast. When I contacted the driver, he claimed he didn’t have my order number. After a long wait, my order was cancelled. Customer service assured me I’d receive a full refund, yet it's been two weeks and I still haven't seen it. £41 lost. I not only missed my meal, but also my money. Attempts to follow up with customer service have led to frustrating interactions with a bot. The service is appalling and getting assistance is a nightmare.

Long Wait for Cold Food

Our order took an hour to arrive. We tracked the delivery driver, who took about 20 minutes to reach us after leaving the store and was idle for 10 minutes. I attempted to file a complaint, but they were unresponsive. They view delivering cold food late as acceptable and provide no channels for complaints. The AI chatbot is frustrating and unhelpful.

Points Redemption Issues

I've accumulated 35,000 points but have never been able to redeem them at any location. Most staff seem unfamiliar with how the app works or how to apply the points.

Unsatisfactory Delivery Experience

Avoid using the delivery service! I ordered two upgraded meals, used 14,000 points for one meal, and received a bagel with some drinks instead. Customer service was unable to refund my money or deliver the correct order. A supervisor I spoke to was equally unhelpful, calling me 7 hours after my initial inquiry. I’m out $30 and 14,000 points for a subpar bagel. I will not use this app for delivery again. Submitting an online report keeps resulting in errors.

I placed an £18 order using credits saved on my account. The app indicated delivery, but it never arrived. No proof of delivery was provided. When I contacted the restaurant, they claimed they couldn't help and wouldn't confirm if the order was picked up. I attempted to reach out to customer support, but the app only directs you to a useless AI feature. I won’t be using this app again; it feels like a scam.
