Avoid using the delivery service! I ordered two upgraded meals, used 14,000 points for one meal, and received a bagel with some drinks instead. Customer service was unable to refund my money or deliver the correct order. A supervisor I spoke to was equally unhelpful, calling me 7 hours after my initial inquiry. I’m out $30 and 14,000 points for a subpar bagel. I will not use this app for delivery again. Submitting an online report keeps resulting in errors.
