Their app is horrific. As soon as I open it, it closes. I ALWAYS have to open it TWICE. They constantly prevent me from ordering, showing an error message saying, You cannot add to this order as an order is already in progress. NOW HOW'S THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? They do NOT even give your earned points back to you if the lame McD's you ordered from does NOT have what you ordered and you drive away without anything. They keep that item saved as an unused reward, forcing you to ONLY BE ABLE TO GET THAT REWARD, even though the McD's you pass by NEVER HAS THAT ITEM! The app admin tells you to uninstall & reinstall. IT NEVER CHANGES A THING!
