Update: After several emails to the support team, I finally got a response from a representative who was very helpful and resolved my issue within an hour. If you manage to connect with this person, consider yourself fortunate. However, there is no way to actually speak to a human. The support line message states they only respond to emails. I sent my email on a Monday and got a chatbot reply saying someone would call within 24-48 hours. Nothing happened. I followed up, and the chatbot insisted I had to speak to a customer experience manager, but again, no response. I called the customer experience line multiple times over three days, only to hear the same recording about emails. I even sent an email to cancel my order, which hasn’t been fulfilled anyway. Still no reply.
