Truly HORRIBLE company. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I initially reached out over 3 weeks ago and it is near impossible to speak with a human. Their AI generated emails promise a response or to resolve issues then no response is received. Their customer service number says to email but not to send follow up emails. This company is an absolute joke. They charge a premium for their merchandise and have 0 investment in customer service. You couldn’t pay me to EVER make another purchase from this awful company. WORST OF THE WORST!
After several emails to the support team, I finally received a response from a representative. She was very helpful and managed to resolve my issue quickly. If you get to speak with her, consider yourself fortunate. However, there seems to be no way to reach a human directly. The support number only leads to a recording stating they are only handling emails. I sent my inquiry on a Monday and got a chatbot reply saying someone would call within 24-48 hours, but nothing happened. I followed up with another email regarding my issue, and the chatbot suggested I needed to connect with a customer experience manager. I agreed, but again, no response. I tried calling the customer experience line multiple times over the next few days, but the message remained the same: they are only responding to emails. Eventually, I sent another email asking to cancel my order, which still hasn't been fulfilled. Still no reply.

Our sofa arrived beautifully, reflecting the quality and warmth the company is known for. It’s easy to praise a brand when everything goes smoothly, but the true measure of a company is how they handle problems. They responded with integrity and kindness. I’m thankful for the care extended by the team and the CEO, especially during a busy holiday season. This experience reaffirmed my trust in the company, and I’m glad to share a positive review that reflects their genuine heart.
This was my first and last order with this company! Their ads are everywhere, but they clearly lack the staff to handle phone calls or chat. There seems to be only one representative trying to help. I have been waiting for a refund on returned Christmas decorations since mid-November. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My next step will be to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is not a reputable company. They need to hire more staff if they want to address these issues. The phone number listed on their website is useless; you’ll always get a recording about high call volumes.

I would advise potential customers to wait for sales or shop elsewhere for a better price adjustment policy. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
I ordered three mini ottomans, and they look nothing like the photos. They are a medium brown instead of the rich cognac shown online, and the fringe is uneven. I paid a good price for poor quality and craftsmanship. I reached out to the company, but they refused to accept returns or offer any solutions. I would advise others to avoid this company. Their response claimed they don’t correspond, which is untrue.
I am very upset as I ordered a rug that was supposed to ship in 5-10 days. I received an email stating it would arrive yesterday, but it didn’t. I was then contacted by a shipping company saying they wouldn’t deliver the rug until the end of November. This is misleading as I wasn’t informed about such a long wait. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take over a month. When I called the shipping company, I struggled to understand the representative due to language barriers. Given the price of the rug, I expected a better experience.
The customer service is truly dreadful. I ordered from overseas to pick up at a hotel in NYC with ten days’ notice. Only one item from the order has been sent, and the rest are missing. There has been zero response to my emails, and I can’t cancel my order as no one knows when it will be dispatched. I expected better service considering the company’s reputation.
