Before placing my order, I read numerous reviews about fulfillment and shipping issues. Because of this, I contacted the support team with questions about availability and delivery. My interactions with what appeared to be a real representative were helpful enough to give me confidence to proceed. The ordering process and shipping were satisfactory. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the item went on sale for an additional 25% less than two weeks after my purchase. On a $1,598 item, that’s a significant price drop. When I requested a price adjustment, I was told it wasn’t possible. Their refusal to adjust prices on high-value items purchased so recently is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s priorities. I would advise potential customers to wait for sales or shop elsewhere for a better price adjustment policy. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
