Dealt with McNeela Music twice, first bought a low whistle case last summer. Then, in november I ordered a keyed Irish flute. I hoped it would make some of the chromatics in Scandinavian folk music easier than half-holing on my whistles. On receiving the flute, I found that the key layout really would not help me as much as I had hoped. Jack at customer service was very helpful in the return process. I ended up ordering a Suprema silver flute instead.
