It’s been now 9 weeks I have engaged with them.5 weeks ago I asked them for a update as they made it very straight forward however they wrote back they will get the team to reply to me.They definitely don’t sound like a professional firm and wouldn’t engage with them have I knew this before.Absolutely bonkers your reply. I was told someone will call me back and 5 weeks ago and no one did!
