McVicar got my funds back in 4 months, I had a few reports in that time since November but ultimately I assumed they would have the job in hand so I left them to get it done, £1000 in unpaid wages collected in month 2 & after their buffering period of 60 days I was paid straight out.
Saw a lot of reviews on here from people who are being chased for money, doesn’t seem fair that they get to rate a service that isn’t provided for them, they are the reason the job even exists. Scum of the earth. Thanks McVicar team!
Complete crooks — avoid like the plague.
We hired this company to recover a debt on our behalf. They made endless promises about being efficient and having all the right tools to recover the money quickly. Today, more than two years later, we haven’t recovered see a single penny. For the past 10 months, they haven’t taken any meaningful action at all, even though the company that owes the debt is still active.
They completely ignore emails and requests for updates. We even took the debtor to court ourselves and won, expecting this company to finally help close the chapter. Instead, dealing with them has been worse than the court case itself and has turned the entire process into a complete nightmare.
Now we’re forced to consider starting another legal process just to recover our own money.
Do not use this company. They do not care about their clients, and they will not deliver results.

DAVID Sutton director on records in company house has Collected £9000 they never paid us the money. We wrote a comment on here and David Sutton Demanded us to remove it or we wont receive the funds, thinking they would change there ways we removed the comment inorder to get our money with the ccj we ha e been waiting over 100 days now and can not get hold of them at all. They are professional scammed and frauds remember there names and avoid check company house for david Sutton businesses he has 2 debit collection agencies both not regulated If you have not had negitive dealings with this company for God sake leave theses well alone. They also trade under "we chase your debits.com" company number 16267017 and 15616988Avoid avoid avoid
I am currently a customer of this company.Engaged their services. Paid my fee. They’ve collected the debt owed to me, received an email in October telling me the payment was with finance department. No response to calls or emails. I’m currently getting together evidence to forward to the Financial Services Ombudsman. Do not give this company your business!
Absolute cowboys. No respect for indiviuals privacy, no respect for the law. Refuse to remove numbers from their database that are incorrectly linked to someone they are chasing. Horrible staff, even worse management. The lowest of the low. The anxiety this company is causing me is off the scale. Don't believe their clearly fake reviews either. This one is genuine 100%.

I would advise ALL to stay away from this company (If you can call the shambles a company) They collect your money and promise the world but they don't pay out the money they use excuse after excuse. They do NOT respond when you try and contact them. Strongly advise to STAY AWAY. Tommy, Maggie & David promise the world and they keep the money they collect on your behalf.
