I got ripped off for a car repair, so I looked for help to collect debt. The sales guy, Michael, is brilliant at convincing you that you're gonna get a great service.Once you've paid them, they send you an email with contact details.Try to contact them and you get zero response. Not even an acknowledgement and I'm sat here 2 months later with no idea what's going on.I did get a monthly report saying they tried to call the garage twice. Hardly the visit in person that I was told was going to happen.I would have been better served following Citizens Advice Bureau advice than using this lot. Totally disappointed in their service.
