I had a very frustrating experience with an online order. I placed an order for some RAM and cancelled it within 15 minutes. Despite the quick cancellation, I received a call stating they would deduct 2% as a cancellation fee, which was not disclosed upfront. Additionally, they tried to pressure me into purchasing something else rather than providing a full refund. This upselling tactic after cancellation feels manipulative and unprofessional. New customers should be cautious—if you reconsider even shortly after ordering, you could lose money. Such policies are not customer-friendly and feel more like a trap than a service. I won’t be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed.
