I placed an order for a motherboard and received a faulty unit. After reporting the issue, they took a long time to initiate a return pickup, requiring extensive communication and documentation. Once they received it, they denied my refund by claiming the product was damaged during testing, despite my providing evidence of its condition before returning. They seem to be engaging in deceptive practices by selling defective products. I have not received a refund and have filed a chargeback with my bank. I advise others to avoid this seller. I purchased a new motherboard elsewhere that works perfectly. I plan to take legal action to recover my funds. This has been a very negative experience.
