I see most reviews here being one liners and useless. Let me put a proper one. First of all I am a genuine customer of the firm having purchased goods over 70K Inr in the last 2 months from them. Here are the key Pros1. Packaging & Shipping: They ensure that the product is well packaged to avoid any kind of shipping damages. They are the best compared to my experience with competitors like Vedant Computers, Amazon, Flipkart etc. I am an Amazon Prime Customer so you can understand why I value this part of their service. I have bought both small package items like memory and big ones like large gaming computer monitors. The packaging far exceeded my expectations.2. Follow ups: They are accessible on their contact numbers and actively follow up with you about product stock etc.. They have a helpline directly accessible to customers for query unlike the big 2 who hides that option behind multiple menus and an automated call center. Against similar counterparts like Vedant computers they are more responsive and professional. That said I had very little reason to contact them as I recieved my packages on time and in excellent shape.3. Online Shopping Platform -Browsing is what say I call acceptable not excellent when compared to International standards. The catalogues and search experiance in not the best in the industry. The Catalogue filters in certain cases doesnot make sense like when moving from a Brand Store based view to a Product Category (Department) based one is not seamless as it throws a mixed bag of filter options that is confusing to select from on the left pane. They have a "Build Your PC" wizard section that helps new buyers to build a custom PC. This is a unique and excellent feature for DIY PC builders.4. Payments options are excellent. They do provide EMI options including Cardless EMI using Snapmint. Their payment gateway integrations support Credit/Debit Cards, Paytm, Google Pay etc.. In this department they are one of the best in business and can be compared to the big 2.5. Pricing - Very competitive compared to Amazon or Flipkart. On most products I find their price atleast 10-15% less than sellers on Amazon or Flipkart. This translates to good savings on Big Ticket Items like Gaming Monitors, Processors, Motherboards etc.. 5. Wider and Better Inventory: Best DIY Watercooling Listings for sale compared to all other Computer sellers in India. This are listening to custom DIY builders for whom these kind of options matter. They offer both Corsair and Bykski brand components which are both excellent brands in their respective price brackets. They also have the traditional AIO Water Cooling options.The Cons:1. The online platform itself is not as stable as the big 2's. I experienced one downtime with the platform in the period I was using them.2. Updating the Stock Position on the catalogue is still not realtime and can result in them reverting back with stock not available situation when we have started checking out or even later.3. Though cheaper than the Big2 almost uniformly, they are costlier than similar businesses like Vedant,Compify,ITDepot etc.. on an average. That said the difference is clearly offset by their competitiveness in other departments.To some up the are a genuine and trustworthy seller of Computers Goods online today with sufficient history in this area. They are based in Kolkatta and is professionally run. However I am from Southern India and never had problems with support or shipments.
